£10.00 Additional Room Fee.
£25.00 No Show/No Access Fee.
£25.00 Cancellation Fee for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed date and time.
£1.00 Mileage Charge Fee for every mile out of the region of Colchester, Essex CO1-CO4.
£40.00 Consultancy Fee per hour for any energy efficiency advice, recommendations and any additional remedial works required.
£12.50 Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) Fee (Parking inside the London ULEZ Charge Zone).
£15.00 Congestion Zone Fee (Parking inside the London Congestion Charge Zone).
Any Parking and Toll Fees, e.g. Pay and Display parking, Dartford Crossing Charge (Dart Charge), etc.

From £40.00 per EPC Data/Assessment Date Share option.

The EPC Data/Assessment Data Share option covers all Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) carried out by SI Consultancy Services ONLY, across England and Wales.
The EPC Data/Assessment Data Share option can only be shared with the homeowner, landlord or occupier of that building or a third party. (Subject with the consent of an authorised person in writing)
The EPC Data/Assessment Data Share option will NOT include the following: any Green Deal information; no name of any individual or persons and excludes Ministry of Defence (MOD) buildings, etc.

Epc's Explained

"An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legally valid document which provides an energy efficiency rating (displayed on an A-G scale) in relation to a property’s running costs. This rating will take into account the potential energy performance of the property itself (the fabric) and its services (heating, lighting, hot water etc)." Elmhurst Energy

"An EPC is required in the UK whenever a property is marketed for sale or rent or is newly built. The EPC is valid for 10 years or until a newer EPC is produced for the same property.
