Government proposed new changes to the EPC regulations that will come effect from 2025, meaning that Landlords' would need to achieve any
energy performance rating of C and above by 2028. The current energy rating requirement is E and above and if landlords are not complying, could face a penalty charge of £5,000. The penalty charge will increase to £30,000 from 2025. We can
